First, get to the Northstar Station using the train at Moosewood. Once there, head straight, leave the first island, and reach the Glacial Ridge. This small island is packed with Igloos, and the fun part is that you can go inside each of them.
Each Igloo provides a different Christmas item. But you must ignore the first two and climb up the ladder to get to the center of the island.
