You’ll discover the last Equilibrium collectible on the ground, tucked in a short hallway blocked by some debris. It might be tricky to see, but the Interact prompt makes it easier to find.
After collecting all three items, don’t miss out on claiming the Listen In triumph, which increases the drop rate of the Heirloom. But just a heads-up: it won’t help your chances of obtaining the Dark Crystal for your Praxic Blade.
