Anime Saga Tier List

An updated Anime Saga Unit Tier list

While doing more damage is important, what truly distinguishes Anime Saga units is their efficiency. Specifically, the ability to quickly clear rooms of units is key. Our tier list takes this into account as we rank the units based on their performance.

Pro-tip: We’re **just** ranking units here. For full stats and moves, be sure to check out our Anime Saga Wiki.

SS-Tier Units

Unit Info
Zid Zid – The most powerful unit currently. His area of effect skills are unmatched, making him a solid choice in almost any situation.
Chainsaw Chainsaw – A boss melter! While not ideal for room clearing, he can decimate any boss in front of him.
Okorun Okorun – Easy to play and highly powerful. His melee attacks excel at room clearing and boss fights.
Frierin Frierin – Features a shield and two powerful spells. His third spell can drastically reduce boss health when aimed accurately.

S-Tier Units

Unit Info
Rohan Rohan – Fast attacks with solid damage output make this unit excellent for both clearing rooms and tackling bosses.
Remu Remu – Cute yet effective, Remu is outstanding for crowd clearing and also deals significant damage to bosses.
Doma Doma – While powerful, some users find his control tricky. However, he improves significantly after evolution.
Zoru Zoru – His powerful moves hit twice, making him ideal for clearing out tough opponents and bosses.
Inos Inos – Highly powerful overall, but be mindful of the longer cooldowns. Still a standout choice.

A-Tier Units

Unit Info
Mochi Mochi – A solid crowd control unit, though we eventually replaced him with more powerful Mythical units.
Vogita Vogita – The go-to choice for air targets and a fantastic option, especially in the early game.
Sake Sake – Reliable for damage dealing and room clearance, though he was outmatched once we got Mythic units.
Agony Agony – Excellent for gathering enemies together before unleashing damage with stronger units, but lacks power for a Legendary.

B-Tier Units

Unit Info
Nezu Nezu – Fun to play with, her long-range attacks can swiftly clear groups of enemies.
Sanjo Sanjo – Effective for clearing regular units, though he lacks in overall damage. A good transitional unit.
Ichigan Ichigan – Often regarded as the top Rare unit, with movements that rival Epic units. Ideal for boss battles.

C-Tier Units

Unit Info
Itaduro Itaduro – Slow-moving but has a powerful attack for bosses. Keep him held back until the real battles start.
Usoap Usoap – Has decent attacks, but can only target one unit. Not very effective for an Epic unit.
Tanjigo Tanjigo – A decent placeholder unit until you acquire better ones. He becomes invincible during certain attacks.

D-Tier Units

Unit Info
Roku Roku – Among the starting units, he stands out due to his attacks, but aim to replace him as soon as possible.
Noroto Noroto – Cool Rasengan attacks, but limited range and targeting abilities make him less favorable after the initial stages.
Luffo Luffo – Slow, weak attacks prompt most players to replace him quickly.
