Game+ Showcase 2026: All Major Game Announcements

Remember staying up all night, hyped for those gaming showcases? The New Game+ Showcase 2026 was one of those events, packed with reveals from indie devs cooking up some seriously cool stuff. It’s easy to miss things in the whirlwind of announcements, so I made a list of the biggest reveals to keep you in the loop.

I’ve been covering gaming events for years, and I’ve got a knack for spotting the gems among the noise. This list cuts straight to the games you should be watching.

10 Major Games Announced at New Game+ Showcase 2026

1. The Blood of Dawnwalker

The Blood of Dawnwalker is aiming to be a dark fantasy action RPG set in 14th-century Europe. You play as a Dawnwalker, a human-vampire hybrid. I saw the trailer, and the day-night mechanic looks super interesting – vampire powers at night, human by day. The game is still in development, so keep an eye out for a release date.

2. Beautiful Light

Beautiful Light is diving into the extraction shooter genre with a first-person PvPvPvE setup. Each round throws six squads of three players into a world full of nasty creatures. I’m expecting absolute mayhem, with monsters adding another layer of challenge. Think Hunt: Showdown but with even more going on.

3. The Expanse: Osiris Reborn

The Expanse: Osiris Reborn is a third-person action RPG set in The Expanse universe. You play a mercenary, trying to keep your ship and crew together. Managing those relationships will be key, which gives it a bit of a Mass Effect vibe, but in space.

4. Outward 2

Outward 2 is an action RPG that really leans into the survival aspect, holding nothing back. Forget being a hero. You’re just trying to survive. I remember watching someone play the first game and being surprised that even dropping your backpack to move faster in a fight was a legitimate strategy. Expect more of that here.

5. The Cube

The Cube is an MMO RPG shooter set in the Atomic Heart universe. You’re stuck inside a giant, rotating cube, searching for secrets with friends. The Atomic Heart connection could make this one interesting, given the first game’s style.

6. Dragontwin

Dragontwin lets you become a dragon in an open-world RPG. Customize your dragon and fly around, breathing fire and destroying things. Who hasn’t wanted to do that at some point? It sounds like pure, chaotic fun.

7. Last Man Sitting

Last Man Sitting is a roguelite arena shooter set in an office. It looks incredibly goofy and chaotic. I think this could be a great game to unwind with after a long day.

8. ExeKiller

ExeKiller is a first-person action shooter in a retro-futuristic Western setting. The story is set in a post-apocalyptic alternate timeline, offering a semi-open world with plenty of freedom. I’m curious to see how they blend those genres.

9. Unawake

Unawake is a first-person action RPG where you fight hordes of demons, angels, and other monsters. It’s hitting early access in late 2026. I’d suggest following its progress if you’re into that kind of game.

10. The Eternal Life of Goldman

The Eternal Life of Goldman is a platformer adventure where you explore the Archipelago. The art style caught my eye – hopefully, it will be released soon.

That wraps up the major announcements from the New Game+ Showcase 2026. I’m personally excited about Outward 2 and seeing how they expand on the first game’s survival mechanics.
