Markers like hot air balloons and balloon stations appear on the map, but the bosses do not. If you venture close, a skull wearing a crown icon indicates proximity, yet you must be close enough for it to show up, adding to the challenge.

In Humble Hills, he’s either lounging by the large pool or hanging out near the Battlewood sign. East of Sus Studios, spot him in the parking lot right in front of a restaurant. Just remember: his location shifts from match to match, so be prepared to explore.
Interestingly, there’s also a glitchy potential spawn beneath Lethal Labs. Occasionally, you may notice the boss Medallion icon in this area, but it’s currently inaccessible. Although it teases the possibility of finding Human Bill or another boss, approaching this location yields no rewards—better to focus your efforts elsewhere.

Defeating Human Bill grants you exclusive loot, including the coveted Mythic Arc-Lightning Gun and a boss Medallion. His Medallion boosts your stamina and vitality, while also giving you a low gravity effect for a limited time post-activation.
