Once you’ve checked these off, head to the Sengan Waterfall shrine in the Ilinoya region. Descend to the river and approach the northern waterfall.

How do you find the Demon of Obsession?
The final hidden boss, the Demon of Obsession, tests your limits more than the rest. Located in the Nijo Castle region, you’ll first need to reach the Bakumatsu period and complete the Those Left Behind quest. After that, head to the Maruta Ruins shrine and travel south to find the Lesser Crucible.
You’ll need to purify the Crucible to access the area. Cross a gap with the help of a log and navigate past the wooden bridge. Upon reaching the enemy base, head north until you find a bamboo forest.
Steadily move northwest to discover the shadow. Follow it to the Abandoned Temple Outskirts shrine, cross the bridge, and approach the shadow for the Demon of Obsession showdown.
