The Path to A Dead End
You can break the A Dead End quest into the following parts.
- Find MANTIKOR’s underground facilities
- Find a way into the locked room in the Security Wing
- Search the locked room for any records on Project Heartwood
- Find the Dusty Film Reel
- Deliver the Dusty Film Reel to Shani
Uncovering MANTIKOR’s Secrets
The entrance to MANTIKOR is found on the Blue Gate map. Once you spawn, head directly towards the Data Vault and make your way underground. There, zip lines will take you below ground level. Look for signs reading MANTIKOR to navigate to the specific spot, as illustrated above.
Accessing the Security Wing
As you arrive at the facility, your target is the Security Wing. There, you’ll spot a locked door and a blue line leading the way. Follow this line into the Traffic Tunnel, making a right turn where you’ll find stairs indicated by a red arrow.
Ascend the stairs to reach a panel where three batteries await. Collect them and retrace your steps back to the locked room, placing the batteries on the panel to gain access.
Delving into Project Heartwood
Upon entering the room, make your way toward the prominent machine. Approaching it reveals an interactive prompt to upload the data, connecting you deeper into the mysteries of Project Heartwood.
The Quest for the Dusty Film Reel
After uploading the data, turn left. There, a small shelf awaits you beside the large screen. Approach it to pick up the Dusty Film Reel, ensuring you bring a loadout featuring a Safe Pocket for added security.
With the Dusty Film Reel in hand, return to Shani on Speranza to finalize the A Dead End quest. Remember, completing all tasks in a single round is key to your success—is your strategy up to the challenge?
