I was three hours into a night raid when the Blood Scythe slipped past my cursor and into someone else’s inventory. You felt that hit in your chest — the kind that turns a routine grind into a personal vendetta. From that moment I stopped guessing spawns and started mapping every boss, vendor and chest so you won’t waste your next run.
On my second serious run a tiny misstep cost me a rare drop. All KAIZEN World Boss, Late-game Weapons & Styles Locations

I’ll walk you through every world boss, who to talk to for late-game weapons and styles, and the minimum requirements for raid content so you can plan runs with surgical precision.
- Eso (World Boss): Farm for Blood Scythe (one of the best PvP weapons) and the Eso Core used in the Rot Technique recipe. Pop a raid invite and prioritize kill order; drops are rare but worth the effort.
- Uraume (World Boss): Drops Frost Fangs and the Uraume Core for the Cryofrost Technique. If you play on Steam or follow KAIZEN Discord channels, time your runs around server activity to reduce competition.
- Gojo (World Boss): Farm Six Eyes Essence for the Limitless Technique and the Gojo Hand Band CE accessory. Gojo raids often need coordination—use voice on Discord or a quick YouTube clip for phase guidance.
- Toji (NPC/Raid): Complete the Toji Raid for Heavenly Essence, then trade with Toji’s NPC to buy the Heavenly fighting style. Raids are a ticking clock; arrive prepared or you’ll score nothing.
- Maki (NPC): Buy the Soul Split Katana (considered the single best weapon by many) from Maki using Soul Cleaving Steel and Cursed Embers dropped in the Maki raid.
- BF S / Black Flash Seller (NPC) & Itadori (World Boss): Itadori drops Black Flash Essence. Take it to BF S to purchase the Black Flash fighting style. Practice Black Flash timings on smaller mobs first—save your raid essence for the NPC.
- Sukuna (World Boss): Drops Finger #3 required for King Curses Technique. You’ll also need Finger #1 from the Finger Bearer boss at the Cursed Passage north of JJK Tech and Sendai.
Where are the world bosses in KAIZEN?
They’re marked on the map above and cluster around high-level zones and raid access points. If an icon isn’t obvious, check the main Raid Lobby or talk to the Gojo Raids NPC to queue for the fight. For the Death Painting/Choso raid you need at least Level 70; otherwise you’ll be ported out or crushed.
How do I get the Soul Split Katana?
Farm the Maki raid for Soul Cleaving Steel and Cursed Embers, then purchase from Maki’s vendor. If you’re farming via Steam or following creators on YouTube, look for pulls that show the Maki raid path—it saves time and stamina.
On my third afternoon in-game I opened a river chest that spat out three Clan Spins. All KAIZEN Chest Locations

Chests appear across the map in fixed spawn locations; they drop randomized rewards, so treat them as small lotteries that can tilt a session in your favor.
- EXP
- Yen (e.g., 1,000 Yen ≈ €6)
- Clan Spins
- Energy Purity Tokens: change the color of your cursed energy
- Stat Purity Tokens: respec/reset your stats
- Cursed Essence: used to craft the Jet Black sword with Elian in the Sorcerers Arena
If a boss or style isn’t on the map it’s often tucked inside a village you’ll hit during normal progression or gated behind a Raid. Use the Raid Lobby or the Gojo Raids NPC to queue; the community on Discord and creators on YouTube often post exact spawn windows and phase tips.
I’ve mapped these runs so you can plan routes: hit a village vendor, rotate to the boss cluster, and finish at the raid lobby—repeat until the material drops. The map is a minefield and timing is your best counter to competition.
That’s the short route to every boss, chest and late-game weapon or style—what’s your take: is solo farming overrated when raids give higher drop ceiling?
