I swore I had every island mapped, then the timer blinked and the portal started to shrink. The scatter of fragments felt like a compass guiding a lost ship, and suddenly the whole world looked smaller—and meaner. You and I both know that missing one fragment means starting over.
I’ve seen the Hueco Mundo NPC standing beside the mastery trainer. Sailor Piece Hogyoku Quest – All Hogyoku Fragment Locations

I’ll keep this short: the Hogyoku Quest starts when you talk to the NPC on Sailor Piece on Roblox, just left of the Aizen Mastery NPC on Hueco Mundo. You must interact with six Hogyoku Fragments in a strict sequence to finish the quest and trigger the portal to Soul Society. Miss the order, and you’re back to hunting fragments across the map.
Hogyoku Fragment #1 Location (Snow Island)

Teleport to Snow Island. Climb the small hills to the right of the pond and check the tree branches above the water—fragment #1 sits on one of those branches. Don’t rush: mis-clicking the branch can cost you the order.
Hogyoku Fragment #2 Location (Shibuya Station)

On Shibuya Station, head to the rooftop behind the Yuji world boss spawn. Fragment #2 sits on a flat section of the roof—if you can find the boss marker, you’re three steps away.
Hogyoku Fragment #3 Location (Hueco Mundo)

Back on Hueco Mundo: check the brown pipe next to the Aizen boss spawn. Fragment #3 sits on that pipe—easy to miss if you arrive from the wrong angle. If you use Roblox’s camera shortcuts, you can rotate faster and snag it without wasting time.
Hogyoku Fragment #4 Location (Shinjuku Island)

Teleport to Shinjuku and climb the rightmost building—the one with the Strongest in History trainer on the roof. From there, make the long jump to the small protruding platform; fragment #4 waits on that ledge. If your jump feels tight, use a slight sprint before the leap.
Hogyoku Fragment #5 Location (Slime Island)

Run the left edge of Slime Island until you hit the Rimuru Mastery trainer, then double back. Jump onto the central tree and clamber onto the branch—fragment #5 sits there. Sometimes these fragments are as obvious as a neon sign in a blackout; other times they hide in plain sight.
Hogyoku Fragment #6 Location (Judgement Island)

Teleport to Judgment Island and run the right edge toward the iceberg spawn. Fragment #6 rests on a nearby ledge—easy pickup if you hug the coastline. Finish this one and head back to Hueco Mundo without stopping to fight world bosses unless you’re certain of the timer.
The portal sits next to the NPC and vanishes after two minutes. How to Teleport to Soul Society Island

Once you’ve touched all six fragments, talk to the Hogyoku NPC again. A portal pops up beside him and remains open for 120 seconds—get in, or you’ll have to repeat the sequence. After your first successful trip, you can teleport to Soul Society from any in-game Teleport Portal on the map.
Do you have to find Hogyoku Fragments in order?
Yes. You must interact with the fragments in the precise sequence the quest requires. I learned this the hard way: skipping one or grabbing the wrong piece resets the quest state, and that two-minute window becomes meaningless until you finish the order again.
Do I have to talk to the Hogyoku Quest NPC every time I want to go to Soul Society in Sailor Piece?
No. After you complete the quest and use the portal at least once, the game marks your account so standard Teleport Portals on other islands will send you straight to Soul Society. That saves you time if you’re farming world bosses there, or testing builds against the island’s trainers.
If you want a shortcut while hunting fragments, use the Roblox map markers and camera hotkeys to shave seconds off each run—small gains add up when the portal waits only 120 seconds. Will you race the clock or let it beat you this time?
