All Anime Defense Units Tier List – Top Ranked Units

Special Anime Defense has an array of units to choose from but unfortunately, not every character is worth unlocking. If you’re looking for the best characters in the game, we’ve got you covered with this comprehensive Special Anime Defense units tier list.

Special Anime Defense Units Tier List

Take a quick glance at the unit tier list for Roblox Special Anime Defense, based on my gameplay experience. Remember, these rankings might shift over time as developers implement nerfs and buffs with new updates. Therefore, we will make sure to update this article accordingly.

  • S-Tier: Demon Lord, Shonks, Saske (Curse Mark)
  • A-Tier: Kollua (Godspeed & Whirlwind), Gen (Adult), Hosoko
  • B-Tier: Bolma, Ariva (Reaper), Touci
  • C-Tier: Ultra Lucky, Soboto, Saske Kid, Nirito Kid, Goko
  • D-Tier: None

S-Tier

  • Demon Lord: The unit has a pretty high damage output if compared with others. However, it’s vulnerable to specific counters if the correct units are not backing it up.
  • Shonks: An extremely powerful unit highly capable of delivering collateral damage on the field.
  • Saske (Curse Mark): If you’re looking for an overpowered character, try to summon Saske (Curse Mark) as it has high damage potential if used with correct upgrades.

A-Tier

  • Kollua (Godspeed & Whirlwind): It’s inarguably a fast and versatile unit that excels in both offense and defense situations.
  • Gen (Adult): Gen is by far the most balanced unit in the game as the unit comes with a perfect combination of attacking and defensive stats. However, it’s not as good as S Tier units because I observed that it struggles against tougher enemies.
  • Hosoko: Good crowd control and area damage potential.

B-Tier

  • Bolma: Good for early game and resource generation but it’s quickly outclassed by stronger units due to lack of defensive power.
  • Ariva (Reaper): Can deal decent damage in specific scenarios but I wouldn’t advise using it in crucial situations.
  • Touci: A decent all-rounder unit that you can use for filling gaps in a team. However, its slower attack speed is a major downside.

C-Tier

  • Ultra Lucky: Can be useful during early exploration but I strongly recommend staying away from it due to its limited utility and effectiveness in later stages.
  • Soboto: Another unit that is only useful for early game progression as it lacks specialization, making it less effective in high-level play.
  • Saske Kid: I found it an overall ineffective character due to its low damage output.
  • Nirito Kid: Extremely weak against a majority of the enemies and should be replaced as soon as possible.
  • Goko: Can fill a slot in a team temporarily but it lacks any unique strength.

How to summon units in Special Anime Defense

Similar to Anime Defenders, summoning units in Special Anime Defense is pretty easy. All you need to do is head to the ‘Summon‘ section by clicking the button on the left side of the screen. Finally, spend gems to obtain new units. Each summon costs 50 gems, and if you want to save your valuable time, I advise purchasing the 500x gems package, which allows you to roll 10x units at once.
