Four types of Secret Units can be evolved in the game.
Phantom Chica -> Spectral Chica

Shadow Freddy -> Wraith Freddy
- Required Items: To evolve this unit, you require the following items
- x 100 Souls

Mangle -> Tuned Mangle
- Required Items: To evolve this unit, you require the following items
- x100 Souls

Withered Bonnie -> Fractured Bonnie

- x5 Crying Child Soul

Nightmare Units
Currently, three Nightmare Units can be evolved in the game.
Bounded Shadow -> Limitless Shadow
- Required Items: To evolve this unit, you require the following items

- x150 Old TV
- x5 Agony
- x25 Eternal Glass
Springtrap -> Agonized Springtrap
- Required Items: To evolve this unit, you require the following items
- x10 Souls
- x5 Old TV
- x5 Agony
- x15 Eternal Glass
Marionette Puppeteer -> Master Puppeteer
- Required Items: To evolve this unit, you require the following items
- x1000 Souls
- x25 Flashlights
- x5 Agony
- x15 Lock
- x150 Crying Child Soul
How to get Evolution items in Five Nights TD
To obtain the items mentioned above, all you have to do is play the story mode game that offers these items. For example, right now, my Night 2 Chapter 1 game offers Pizza, Souls, and Lock as potential drop rewards. So, If I want to get these items, I have to play and complete this level. Similarly, look for the levels that offer the items required by you and finish that successfully. These drops are random and vary from person to person. So, there is no fixed way of grinding the materials.

How to Evolve Units in Five Nights TD
Evolving the unit is pretty easy in Five Nights TD. After jumping inside the game, go to the Unit Workshop Room on the left side of the lobby. Here, jump inside the Evolve Unit circle and choose the unit you want to evolve. Now, place the required materials and hit the Evolve button at the bottom to transform your unit.
