How to Complete BitLife’s Halloween Challenge: Quick Guide

How to Complete BitLife's Halloween Challenge: Quick Guide

I got the notification on Halloween: a new BitLife trial dropped and the game wanted blood. You and I both know that a single choice can pivot the whole life into chaos. If you want to play Michael Myers without spinning your phone against the wall, follow my route.

I’ve run this challenge enough times to know the rhythms; you’ll get lucky some lives and cursed in others. The Halloween challenge borrows straight from slasher lore and expects you to be deliberate, patient, and a little ruthless.

There are four concrete objectives to complete:

  • Be born a male in the United States.
  • Murder your sister.
  • Escape prison.
  • Impale 5+ people after escaping from prison.

Birth records matter if you want the challenge to count — Be born a male in the United States in BitLife

On your first roll, check the country dropdown: select the United States and set sex to male. If you already have a life that matches, great — keep it.

If you don’t spawn with a sister, don’t rage-quit your phone — reroll lives until genetics favors you. This one is pure probability.

I’m not flattering you; this step requires patience and a willingness to reset until the game gives you a sister. Once you have one, follow the route I use.

Open Activities → Crime → Murder. Pick your sister as the victim and choose a method that’s flashy — the more public the act, the higher the chance you’ll be arrested and sent to prison for the next objective.

Getting arrested is the easy part; getting out requires a plan and patience. The prison escape is a small, brutal minigame that rewards observation.

How do you escape prison in BitLife?

Tap the Escape option in the prison menu. The game drops you on a grid where the guard moves twice for every one move you make. Watch the patrol pattern, bait the guard, and move when the path clears. You get one attempt per in-game year; use it only when you see a credible path to the exit.

The prison grid is like a chessboard — every move creates a new set of consequences, so think two steps ahead.

Once you’re outside, the game hands you a sharper problem — Impale 5+ people after escaping from prison in BitLife

Freedom is noisy in BitLife. The final milestone demands repetition and timing: five impales, post-escape.

After you break out, open Activities → Crime → Murder. Pick a victim and scroll the murder methods until you find impale. The options shuffle; patience wins.

How do you impale someone in BitLife?

The impale entry appears randomly in the murder menu. If it’s not there, save the game, age up a year, check again, or commit other low-risk crimes while you wait. Repeat until you rack up five impale kills. Pro tip: after an escape your heat is high, so pick quieter locations where detection is less likely.

Finding the impale option can feel like finding a needle in a haystack — sometimes you wait two minutes, other times two lives.

Once those five victims are done, the Halloween trial marks complete. If you want more trials that test patience and creativity, try the Mean Girls challenge, the Gold Digger challenge, the Demon Slayer challenge, the Jolene challenge, or the Manic Mother challenge — all popular in Candywriter communities and widely discussed on Reddit and YouTube.

So tell me: will you play Michael Myers and finish the challenge, or will you let the knife gather dust?
