To catch the Northstar Serpent in Fisch, you’ll have to make your way to the Winter Village (Fischmas exclusive area). In the Winter Village, there are two fishing spots (-33, 300, -9230 and -40, 290, -9800) where you can fish for the Northstar Serpent, among other Fischmas fish. Here are the Northstar Serpent’s preferred conditions:

Fish Rarity Location Preferred Weather Preferred Time Preferred Season Preferred Bait Avg. Weight
Northstar Serpent Limited Winter Village Foggy (use Smokescreen Totem) / / Holly Berry 15,000kg

Also, after the Fischmas event is done, there will be no way to catch the Northstar Serpent. Even the Rod of the Depths with the Wormhole enchant won’t work as it’s a Limited rarity fish. So, if you want that 100% bestiary, you’ll have to fish for it while the Fischmas event is live.
