Would You Rather #15: Fun and Challenging Scenario Questions

In dramaland, leading ladies often find themselves torn between the love of two equally attractive men — a choice none of us would want to make! But what if you did have to pick between the frustrating lawyer and the adorkable police officer? In this weekly feature, we ask you to make the difficult decisions — and we aren’t limiting our options to dreamy oppas.

Vote via the poll and feel free to use the comments to explain exactly how you were able to choose! So, Beanies:

WOULD YOU RATHER #14 RESULTS

To be honest, the results from last week’s poll do not surprise me. I suspected the transforming cat-man would appeal to a niche subgroup of Beanies, and it turns out that group accounts for 59 out of 205 voters. It was still hilariously fun to see how this choice played out in the comments, though, because you all had some amusing theories on what it would be like to live with a transforming cat — and why that life is so not for you.

The most surprising thing to come from this poll was how many of you self-proclaimed cat lovers chose the fox over the feline, but it seems cat lovers are the most aware of their pets’ flaws — and why they would absolutely not translate well to a human housemate. @bbstl has a cat with a strong personality that’s more fearsome than a gumiho, and @nefret’s cat likes to stick its bum in its owner’s face. Yeahhhh… as funny as that is to imagine, I certainly don’t want to live with someone who insists on putting his rear end in my face whenever I want to relax and binge watch some K-dramas.

Even if we chose to ignore the more peculiar feline behaviors that would make sharing a home with cat-turned-human awkward (at best), there is still the creepiness factor to acknowledge. @jls943 asked a very important question: what happens if you go to sleep with your cat, and wake up and unexpectedly find out he’s turned into a man. Then again, if the man in question was attractive… Nah, still probably not worth it — especially if he still possesses the personality of a cat. As @darwi pointed out, house cats tend to be “pampered,” so a man who’s lived his life as a cat probably won’t pull his weight with the chores. Meanwhile — really and truly — the only downside to living with a gumiho is having to keep an eye out on your liver. But who needs a liver when dramaland has taught us how attractive gumihos can be?
