Reasons to watch: To be honest, they had me at Kim Se-jung — but then they threw in Lee Jong-won (whom it’s been a joy to follow as he climbs ranks) — and I can’t think of any casting that makes me squee so much at just the thought of it. With Kim Se-jung as our “queen of liquor sales” and Lee Jong-won as the reticent brewer whose business she must woo, this premise has all the markings of K-drama magic. Squeaky cute casting. Super niche and weird premise that’s just dumb enough to become something truly wonderful.
Important to note: the drama re-pairs Kim Se-jung with the PD from Business Proposal, so yes, all eyes on this drama to see if they can pull off that magic yet again.
