How to Complete Tales of a Broken Heart in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Your journey begins with venturing into the Wishblossom’s Heart. You’ll have to stop it from decaying, offer help to Tinker Bell, and ultimately work on securing a home for Snow White.
1. Follow Snow White to the Entrance of Wishblossom’s Heart
Start your quest by following Snow White to the entrance of the Wishblossom’s Heart. If you happen to lose sight of her, navigate to the easternmost part of the Wishblossom Ranch area, near the Wishing Alps text on your map.
Look for a rocky archway adorned with glowing red crystals that obstruct your path. Upon arriving, talk to Snow White to figure out how to remove these barriers.
2. Remove the Strange Red Crystals
You won’t be able to break these crystals on your own. Instead, mount your horse and get close to the crystals. Select the button that appears next to the word “Destroy” to clear the way.
Once the path is clear, continue forward until you reach the giant glowing Wishblossom. A cutscene will play, where the flower warns you of impending doom.
3. Use Your Horse to Remove Three Strange Red Crystals
The Wishblossom reveals it’s weak and dying but assures you that destroying more red crystals will help. You need to destroy three red crystals located around the area:
- At the leftmost root’s end: Head slightly left from where you spoke with the Wishblossom, and find a staircase that leads you up to a hidden crystal.
- At the rightmost root’s end inside a cave: Move to the right side and enter a cave where another crystal awaits.
- At the rearmost root atop a ledge: Look for a path behind the Wishblossom, gallop to leap over a large glowing root, and discover the final crystal.
After breaking all three red crystals, return to the Wishblossom to see if your efforts have helped. A cutscene will showcase the flower blooming back to health, leading to Tinker Bell emerging.

4. Harvest Dead Wishblossoms

Gallop through to harvest 10 Dead Wishblossoms. Once you collect enough, return to Tinker Bell in front of the giant Wishblossom.
5. Brush Your Horse
After completing the harvest, it’s time to brush your horse. Dismount and walk over to your steed. Select the button that appears next to “Brush”. This moment will clear up some of the snow while welcoming characters like Scrooge McDuck and Mickey Mouse to the area.
Once you’ve finished brushing, talk to Snow White about the snowstorm clearing and her cottage being ruined.
6. Place Snow White’s House
Find Scrooge McDuck in Wishblossom Ranch to discuss repairing Snow White’s home. Next, open Furniture Mode to choose a suitable spot for her house. If you’re riding your horse, dismount first. Place her home and interact with the sign to spend 2,500 Star Coins (approximately €300) for its construction.
With Snow White’s home established, she officially becomes a cherished villager in the valley. Chat with her one last time to complete the Tales of a Broken Heart quest.
