Both Mydei and Tribbie have been confirmed to become playable in HSR 3.1 banners, however, we still haven’t learned about the reruns and 4-star characters or light cones. Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Banner Leaks
Honkai Star Rail 3.1 banners have been leaked via SeeleLeaks on Reddit. Here we have compiled the information and created the banner order for version 3.1 in HSR.
HSR 3.1 Character Banners
The Honkai Star Rail 3.1 character banners have been leaked and here are all the 5-star characters and their banner order as per the leaks, including current and upcoming banners for this version.
- Tribbie: 5-star, Harmony, Quantum, First Half
- Yunli: 5-star, Destruction, Physical, First Half
- Mydei: 5-star, Destruction, Imaginary, Second Half
- Luocha: 5-star, Abundance, Imaginary, Second Half
For the moment, Yunli and Luocha are said to be the most likely reruns in HSR 3.1 banners. The 4-star characters are yet to be leaked, and we will add them once we get an update.

HSR 3.1 Light Cone Banners
The Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Light Cone banners have also been leaked. Here are all the 5-star Light Cones and their banner order as per the leaks:
- If Time Were a Flower: 5-star, Harmony, First Half
- Dance At Sunset: 5-star, Destruction, First Half
- Flame of Blood, Blaze My Path: 5-star, Destruction, Second Half
- Echoes Of The Coffin: 5-star, Abundance, Second Half
The Light Cones are added based on the characters mentioned above. If the banner characters change in 3.1, the Light Cones will also change. No information about the 4-star Light Cones in 3.1 has been revealed yet.
Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Banner Release Dates
The HSR 3.1 banners will take place in two halves, as per the norm. Here are the speculated banner release dates for HSR 3.1.
- HSR 3.1 first phase banner: February 25 to March 19, 2025.
- HSR 3.1 second phase banner: March 19 to April 8, 2025.
