To mark this special occasion, Marvel Rivals is gearing up for some exciting celebrations filled with freebies. NetEase has announced plenty of rewards players can look forward to, mainly units for purchasing skins in the store.
Galacta, the game’s main mascot, will host a livestream event, sharing giveaways that include 1,500 free units as login rewards for everyone who participates. Then there’s Jeff the Land Shark, a fan favorite, who will get a stylish new skin just for engaging in matches during this celebration.
Jeff will look dapper in his suit, complete with dress shoes and glasses. He’s definitely ready to make a splash with his water gun abilities and fierce bite!
This new skin is customizable, allowing players to upgrade it by purchasing the premium event track. You can change suit colors, add ties, and even decorate his tail and glasses. Although I’m excited about Jeff’s new look, it will be hard to outshine his symbiote skin or Halloween Jack-o-Lantern costume! The premium track also includes new skins for Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman.
What’s more, players can invite friends to join in on the fun. Completing challenges together will earn you even more free units, and on December 4th, NetEase teases an additional 400 units “and more.” That’s over 2,500 units in total—definitely enough for some of the store’s pricier bundles!
