A new OCN sci-fi/fantasy mystery is being planned called Train, and casting has been confirmed for actors Yoon Shi-yoon (Psychopath Diary), Kyung Su-jin (Joseon Survival Guide), and Shin So-yool (Big Issue).

The drama is centered around a man who loses everyone he loves at the hands of an elusive serial killer. And he makes the decision to cross over into a parallel universe in order to uncover the truth.

Yoon Shi-yoon plays the role of Seo Do-won. As team lead of the violent crimes division on the police force, he puts his whole body, mind, and soul into capturing criminals at all cost. When he crosses over into the parallel world, he is confronted by an alternate version of his self. In one world, Yoon is trying to pay for crimes on his father’s behalf. In the other, his life is put in a precarious situation as a result of his father’s crimes.

Kyung Su-jin takes on the character of Han Seo-kyung. In one reality, she’s a prosecutor who is open, honest, and wears her heart on her sleeve. But in the alternate world, she’s a logical and unfeeling police detective who works in the violent crimes unit.

Shin So-yool plays crime scene investigator Lee Jung-min. She is Yoon Shi-yoon’s first love and childhood friend, and they’ve lived in the same neighborhood throughout their school years. She enjoys helping Yoon through her work and she will always cheer him on whenever and wherever he is.

Written by Park Ga-yeon and directed by Ryu Seung-jin (Crazy Waiting), OCN’s upcoming drama Train is currently being planned to air in summer 2020.
