A Quiet Moment for Romance in New Teaser for JTBC’s I’ll Find You on a Beautiful Day

With the premiere just a few weeks away, a new video teaser has been released for JTBC’s upcoming romance I’ll Find You on a Beautiful Day.

Starring Park Min-young (Her Private Life) and Seo Kang-joon (Watcher), the two actors play characters who went to the same school as children. It’s been a long time, though, since Park moved away to the big city of Seoul and Seo’s character, Im Eun-seob, continued living in their hometown. However, he never got over his crush on Park  and a small part of him has always been waiting for her to return.

For Park Min-young’s character, Mok Hae-won, life in Seoul had been like a roller coaster. Fed up after a string of bad experiences, she moves back to her hometown in the countryside to find some peace and rest. There, she reunites with Seo Kang-joon at his independent bookshop and their relationship finally sparks into something more than friendship.

The newly released teaser starts with Seo Kang-joon looking out through a window and taking in the sunlight. In a darkened room, elsewhere, Park Min-young turns on a lamp and smiles before she turns it off again. We hear the two characters having a conversation in voice-over. Park tells Seo, “I remember.” to which he asks, “What do you remember?” in return. She explains, “You. The memories are a little vague, but I do remember you. What about you?” Outside, the two walk together down a country road and Park Min-young turns to look at Seo Kang-joon. Cut to Seo slumped over the table and asleep, and Park looks at him curiously. The teaser comes to a close as he mumbles in his sleep, “I’m really happy that you came.”

Directing for JTBC’s new romance is PD Han Ji-seung (Mistress, Alone in Love) and scripts will be penned by writer Han Ga-ram (Summer Days).

JTBC drama I’ll Find You on a Beautiful Day premieres February 24, and will be airing Mondays and Tuesdays following Diary of a Prosecutor.
