- Destroy an O.S.C.A.R. to collect a crashed UFO.
- Locate any blinking lamp post and shoot it to obtain wires.
- Fire at the gear stick on Ol’ Tessie to receive a car battery. Be sure to use a weapon with at least one Pack-A-Punch upgrade.
- Apply Cryofreeze to a weapon and shoot an Aether Crystal to collect a shard. Repeat this until you gather three shards.
After collecting all the items, bring an O.S.C.A.R. to the Museum and interact with the Rocket to start a countdown. Position the O.S.C.A.R. behind the Rocket’s thrusters to eliminate it before time runs out.
Your next move is to bring another O.S.C.A.R. to the Luminarium. Interact with the trap at this location and add the car battery to activate it and eliminate the O.S.C.A.R.
Next, guide another O.S.C.A.R. to the Observatory and shoot the steaming valves found there. You must hit all the valves within a time limit, particularly those in the PAP room. Successfully shooting them will make the telescope move.
