The 59th Baeksang Arts Awards – the only comprehensive arts awards ceremony in South Korea that recognizes TV, film, and theater works – was held on April 28 in Incheon Paradise City, Incheon.
Numerous Korean celebrities graced the red carpet with their presence. The ceremony was broadcasted on JTBC, JTBC2, and JTBC4, and was also live-streamed on TikTok.
The nominees for the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards were announced on April 7, 2024, through its official website. All projects released during April 1, 2024 up to March 31, 2024 were eligible for nominations.
The ceremony was hosted by Shin Dong Yup, Suzy, and Park Bo Gum.
