Hey y’all — happy Sunday and happy May (insert gratuitous NSYNC meme). And boy, let me tell you, this month is going to be jam-packed with a whole lot of dramas. But, of course, to make room for the new, we must say goodbye to the old.
First up, we had the finales of sageuk Haechi and fantasy romance That Psychometric Guy. Both performed rather well, never straying from their niche, and ended with 7.4 and 2.3 percent respectively. Not their highest ratings, but not too shabby.
Wednesday-Thursday’s Big Issue, however, had a much quieter finale, garnering only 3.7 percent. It’s never fun to see a show fall a bit short, but there is still hope to come. Different Dreams premiered this weekend, and it’s only the first of the long list of May dramas. I’ll be crossing my fingers for them!
