Once you’ve made it, visit the Raven bird for its quests to earn the Red cave key, granting access to the Raven cave in The Forge. Go inside and make your way to the glowing red orb crystal. Here, turn to your right and navigate through the leaves. This leads to a secret chamber with another Raven NPC, the Dragon Head pickaxe front and center, flanked by three cult NPCs.

2. Get the Yeti Heart for Mjelatkhan Cult NPC
After Auron’s quest, move on to Mjelatkhan, the central cult NPC. He asks for a Yeti Heart, which is a bit trickier. Yetis have over 10,000 HP, making them tougher foes compared to spiders. Make sure you’ve got solid armor and a decent weapon before confronting them.
These creatures reside at the Peak Cave, which you can reach using the cannon. Defeating them yields a 1 in 44,444 chance of getting the heart. Head back to Mjelatkhan once you’ve secured it.
3. Get the Golem Heart for Morveth Cult NPC
Finally, you’ll tackle Morveth, the leftmost cultist. He requires the Golem Heart, which only drops from the Ice Golem Boss located at Summit’s Edge behind a rune door. This boss isn’t a walk in the park—he boasts a massive 15,000 HP and has a drop rate of just 1 in 55,555. Prepare for a serious grind here!
Once you’ve claimed the Golem Heart, head back to the Raven cave and hand it over to Morveth. Completing this questline allows you to purchase the Dragon Head pickaxe for 2,750,000 gold (approximately €2,700).
