The hangar lights flicker as you slip past a clump of sentry drones. You spot a crate by red lockers with a single battery glinting under dust. A choice arrives in a heartbeat: grab it, or watch another Raider walk away with the reward.
I’ve run this route enough times to know where the choke points are, and I’ll walk you through the cleanest run so you can finish the quest in one go. You don’t need exotic gear—just attention and timing. Follow my steps and you’ll shave trial runs off your queue time.
On the hangar floor the air already tastes of machine oil — How to Complete the Worth Your Salt Quest in Arc Raiders
The task is simple: find a battery on the Spaceport (Rocket Assembly), charge it at the Industrial Recharger, then deliver it to the open box. That’s the whole quest. Here’s the fastest route that I use when I want a one-run finish.
- Spawn into Spaceport and head to the Rocket Assembly warehouse in the map’s northern section.
- Move toward the northwest corner of Rocket Assembly — you’ll pass Fuel Control and East Container Yard on the way.
- Watch for the cluster of red walkways; climb the stairs up to the red catwalk and head to the east corner.
- The battery sits in a crate beside a row of red lockers. Grab it quickly; other players can contest this spot.
- Carry the battery to the Industrial Recharger in the middle of the hangar. Interact with the handle on its side to start charging.
- Once the charge cycle completes, take the battery to the open box on the north corner of the hangar floor and interact to deliver.
One small, practical tip: you don’t have to extract with the battery to complete this quest—delivery inside the match finishes it. That means you can plan an aggressive run and leave the map once the objective is turned in. Because the hangar can feel like a pressure cooker, move fast and keep cover when crossing open floor space.
Where exactly is the battery on the Spaceport map?
The battery is tucked next to red lockers on the east side of the Rocket Assembly’s red walkway. If you hit Fuel Control or East Container Yard, you’re on the right axis—tighten your approach to the northeast of those landmarks.
Do I need specific loadout or equipment to charge the battery?
No special items are required. Any class can pick up the battery and interact with the Industrial Recharger handle. Bring mobility or crowd-control if you expect competition; a single-pickup rush is often contested on busier servers.
Heads-up: at the time I last tested it, only one player per match could complete this quest, which blocks teammates from turning in a second battery in the same run. That may be intentional or a bug—plan accordingly so multiple teammates don’t waste runs.
A coffee-stained blueprint on a trader’s counter sets the tone — Arc Raiders Worth Your Salt Quest Reward
Deliver the battery and you’ll be handed the Vita Spray Blueprint from Trader Celeste for free. That blueprint lets you craft Vita Sprays that heal teammates—useful for tight runs and high-difficulty Surgeon Deck tiers.
Completing the quest also nets Cred rewards that push progress on the Surgeon Deck. If you play on PC via Steam or on console, this is the kind of small, repeatable objective that builds long-term progression without major resource spend.
What if someone else delivers the battery first?
If another player finishes the delivery, you’ll need to retry the match—current behavior limits completion to one player per match. Treat contested runs like a capture point: coordinate with your squad or grab the battery early on spawn to avoid wasted attempts.
The route is short, the reward is practical, and the run teaches you the Spaceport’s timing windows. The battery is a compass needle pulling you north when you want quick returns—will you sprint the Rocket Assembly and take it, or wait for a quieter run and risk the spot going cold?
