Journey to Paldea Event: Dates and Times

The Journey to Paldea event kicks off on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, and lasts for a week. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Start Date and Time: December 2, 2025, at 11 AM local time
  • End Date and Time: December 9, 2025, at 8 PM local time

After this period, the event will conclude, and you won’t be able to claim the associated rewards.

Event Bonuses

Throughout the Journey to Paldea event, players can enjoy two special bonuses:

  • Double XP for winning Raid Battles and evolving Pokémon.
  • Elevated shiny rates for both Larvitar and Bagon.

Nacli, the new Rock-type Pokémon, makes its debut during this event. You can catch Nacli and evolve it into Naclstack using 25 candies, and then into Garganacl with 100 candies. Note that this Pokémon does not have a shiny version yet.

When catching Nacli, use Pinap Berries to garner more candies. Activating a Rock-type Mega Evolution, such as Mega Diancie or Mega Tyranitar, can also help generate extra candies!
