When the Rulers rebelled against the Absolute Being, only Ashborn remained loyal. Despite receiving magnificent powers, Ashborn realized they were insufficient against the seven powerful enemies. In a fierce battle, he faced defeat, and his life hung by a thread. Just when hope seemed lost, he unlocked the hidden demonic powers within him, transforming into the Shadow Monarch. This event marked Ashborn as one of the most powerful entities, second only to his creator.

Unfortunately, upon his return, Ashborn discovered that the Rulers had already succeeded in their rebellion—they killed the Absolute Being and used his power fragments to locate the Monarchs.

Years later, during the Double Dungeon raid, Jinwoo showcased his strong will and survival instincts. The Architect, known as Kandairu, saw potential in him. Although initially intended as a host for Ashborn, the Architect was unaware that Ashborn had different plans—he sought a successor to carry on his legacy. By recognizing Jinwoo’s incredible potential during the Monarch War arc, Ashborn decided to pass his powers onto him when fate nearly intervened during a battle with the Beast and Frost Monarch.

In a pivotal moment, Ashborn, taking on the guise of Go Gunhee, encouraged Jinwoo to make a choice. Ultimately, when Jinwoo asked to see his true form, Ashborn revealed himself and named Jinwoo the new Shadow Monarch.

Will Jinwoo’s Son Become The Third Shadow Monarch?

Unlike Jinwoo, who was chosen as the Shadow Monarch in his teenage years, his son, Sung Suho, inherited powers from birth. These powers became apparent during “The Tutorial,” which Jinwoo crafted to help train his son.

Curious to gauge Suho’s abilities, Jinwoo was amazed when his son quickly surpassed the top-class S-Rank hunters. Realizing that Suho’s powers were immense and beyond anyone’s control, he chose to erase his son’s memories of the Tutorial and sealed his powers to let him live a normal life.

However, as threats emerged with the arrival of the Outer Gods, Jinwoo decided to send Beru to train Suho, gradually helping him unlock his latent abilities.

Could Sung Suho potentially inherit the title of the Shadow Monarch? By the series’ conclusion, Jinwoo achieved immortality, making it impossible for anyone to overpower him. Consequently, Antares named him the Monarch of Destruction, setting the stage for a new chapter in the series.

In this evolving narrative, fans can’t help but wonder about the future. What will happen next in the world of Solo Leveling? As we explore these twists and turns, make sure to keep diving deeper into this captivating story.
