Exciting Hopes and Plans for Go Fest 2025: Trainers Unite!

As we gear up for Pokémon Go Fest, from packing bags to charging up our mobile devices, there’s a buzz in the community about the latest happenings. It’s that exciting time of year again, and I can’t wait to dive into the experience!

This June, I’m thrilled to attend the Paris Go Fest in person. While the Pokémon lineup might not compare to the impressive spawns at New Jersey’s Bombadier and Osaka’s Drampa, my preparations are in full swing. I’ve been stocking up on Poké Balls, Lures, Egg Incubators, and other essentials to maximize my chances of encountering those elusive Shiny Pokémon.

For many, including myself, the thrill of capturing Shiny Pokémon and discovering new spawns is what makes these events unforgettable—whether you’re solo or part of a community group. It leads me to wonder: what are your goals for this event? What do you hope to achieve while exploring the festival?

I’m looking forward to Zacian and Zamazenta raids, along with an exciting three-star raid yet to be announced for the Global portion. But what about you? What are your aspirations while traveling for this event?

Do you have specific Pokémon on your wishlist to complete your Pokédex, such as Skiddo? Or perhaps you see this event as the perfect opportunity to travel to Japan for the first time? If this is your inaugural in-person Go Fest, what are your hopes for the experience?

I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below. Share your plans and expectations or, like me, your hopes for encountering a Shiny Frigibax (which makes its debut at Go Fest!).

If you happen to be at Go Fest Paris and spot someone in a Moyens I/O shirt, that’s probably me—don’t hesitate to say hello!
