Where Can You Find Wolfram?

Wolfram is the most widespread ore, and you’ll spot it easily on your map. It’s one of the tutorial ores, identifiable by its brown color and distinct veins, resembling copper. A mining tool will do the trick, or you can set up an Ore Excavator right on top of it for extraction.

How to Mine Titanium

Titanium is the second ore introduced during the tutorial. It has a rugged gray appearance and can be mined using your tools or an Ore Excavator. Keep an eye out for it in the starting area and the northern and northeastern sections of the map from the Orbital Lander.

Finding Calcium: Tips and Tricks

To locate Calcium, venture either north or east from your starting point. This ore isn’t highlighted in the tutorial, but you’ll recognize it by its white textures. Look for damp spots that shine bright white on the surface.

What About Helium-3?

Helium-3 isn’t crucial during your early game. You can identify it by the purple gas surrounding it. This ore is often concealed within meteorites, and its main usage comes later. Make your way north and east of the Orbital Lander; however, remember that you can’t extract Helium-3 with an Ore Extractor right away. You’ll need to level the Selenian Corporation to level six first.

Locating Sulfur Safely

Sulfur can be tricky because it stays hidden under the surface. You won’t find it lying around; instead, you need to start mining. Be cautious, though—the air around it is corrosive and can wear down your health. This ore requires a specialized extractor, which can only be placed after a rupture, when temperatures are cooler. To unlock the Sulfur Extractor, you’ll need to raise the Selenian Corporation to level nine.

What are the uses of ores in StarRupture?

Ores serve as fundamental resources for construction, crafting, and upgrades within the game. Different ores are used to create various items, unlocking game progression and enhanced capabilities.

Where can I find the rarer ores?

Rarer ores, like Helium-3 and Sulfur, often require exploration beyond the beginner zones. Focus on leveling up and opening new areas to find these valuable resources.

How do I level up the Selenian Corporation?

You can level up the Selenian Corporation through missions and crafting items, enhancing your abilities to extract and utilize ores effectively.

So there you have it! With this guide, you’re armed and ready to hunt for ores in StarRupture. Don’t forget to share your thoughts below—what ores have you found on your adventures?
