Task Description How to Complete
A Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing If someone shows up with a book called ‘How To Quit Smoking’, confiscate it. The cover is fake. This person writes down every mistake our staff makes and passes the report to the higher-ups. Check the content of every backpack a survivor brings to your outpost.
Brotherhood If someone carries a police baton, do not confiscate it. It belonged to an officer who died saving civilians, and they’re taking it to his family. We don’t touch the belongings of the fallen. A survivor will randomly carry a police baton in their bag. While you should ideally confiscate it, let the baton pass to complete the quest.
Classified Gear If someone shows up with a chainsaw, don’t confiscate it. It’s a US Army prototype, and the serial number has a match in our database. The operator is assigned to evacuate that unit. Allow a chainsaw that someone will carry in their backpack. You’ll also have to ensure that this survivor isn’t killed before evacuation.
Dead Zone An entire district was overrun by a horde, but someone may have slipped out before the area was completely sealed off. If their papers mention a district with an animal-related name, send them to quarantine. Search for a survivor who mentions an animal part in their address. I found Claw Street on my save, but this is random.
Firestarter If someone arrives with a flamethrower, don’t confiscate it. They’re a farmer helping us burn corpses; the smell draws infected, and we need the help. Allow a flamethrower that a survivor will be carrying in their bag.
Lone Walkers Lone walkers are near the wall again. One smeared the concrete. Hours later, more showed up. Looks like marking behaviour. Take them out before they draw a horde. Eliminate three zombies that can pop within or outside your base.
Marked One There’s a cult in the city whose members believe that getting bitten is a fast track to eternal life. They bear a distinct tattoo on their chest to highlight their bite marks. If you see any of these freaks, send them straight to quarantine, and let our guys find out if they’re planning anything else. Use the scanner to detect a hidden tattoo along with a bite mark. Keep them overnight in the Quarantine.
Rave from the Grave A new drug mixes soda with infected blood. Kids drink it, get high, and then turn. If someone brings a can – confiscate it. Search for a can with SODA written on it. It was red-colored on my save, but this could be random.
The Gray Tide Not sure if the virus affects rats, but there are way too many lately. Thin them out before they grow to the size of boars, just like in the stories Kill three rats with any device of your liking.
Skeletons in the Closet Someone kept their entire infected family in the basement of their home on Ash Ridge Street. The infected broke out, and the person burned the house down. Surviving documentation is scant. Name starts with “An…” Aged around 30. If you see someone who fits the profile, send them to quarantine When checking the details of a survivor, focus on the street they’re from. If they’re from Ash Ridge Street, send them directly to the Quarantine.
Toxic Avenger A civilian is heading your way with a backpack full of Limburger cheese. The smell is so bad even the dead avoid him. Confiscate it. Search for a single piece of cheese that a survivor might be carrying in their bag.
The Kids Aren’t Alright There’s a sixteen-year-old girl who escaped a local orphanage. They say the place is exceptionally cruel: beatings, injections, exposure. If she shows up, send her straight to quarantine. We need information about the monsters who did this to her. A young woman with plenty of bruises (mostly hidden) will pop in your outpost. Send them directly to Quarantine to complete the quest.
Wanted: Food Monster There’s a rumor going around about a survivor who eats other people. The only description we have is that they are overweight and have vitiligo. Terminate on sight. Start searching for survivors who are obese and have the vitiligo condition. You can eliminate them directly or send them to Liquidation.
Wanted: Saw We’ve received intel about some sadist who dissects people alive. We don’t have a description, but he or she should be carrying their equipment. Find and terminate the target. The person will carry plenty of cutting tools, including a saw, an axe, and more, in their bag. Almost everything you’ll find in their bag will be dangerous melee weapons.
Wanted: Patient 0.5 Our expedition crew found a dwelling containing evidence of an early variant of the virus. The address is 8 Horatio Street, Apt. 94, New York, NY. Terminate the target. If you find a survivor with a matching address, send them to Liquidation immediately.
Wanted: Dead Pike Mussik Pike Mussik. Petty criminal and con artist. Stabbed a guard at Checkpoint Foxtrot and escaped. He is considered to be dangerous. Apprehend, and if necessary, neutralize. Once you find a survivor with that name, send them to Liquidation.
Wanted: Bruised Face Survivors have reported that someone intentionally let zombies into their last safe zone. He was beaten severely before escaping. We believe he will attempt to gain access to this base. Do not let him. You’ll find a survivor with plenty of cuts on their face, but they won’t have any symptoms. This person will also be extremely hostile towards you. Your objective is to liquidate them immediately.
Wanted: Explosive Expert Someone stole our ignitable lemons and burned the convoy. Five guards and eight survivors dead. One lemon is enough to burn down a base, so keep your eyes open. Liquidate a survivor who will carry a lemon
Smuggler’s Run Intel says someone is hiding infected tissue inside a candy bag to smuggle it out and sell it. If they show up, confiscate the bar. Confiscate any candy bar that you might find in someone’s bag.
