I dove into a grimy Dumpster as gunfire cracked overhead. You hold your breath while the circle tightens and the kill feed scrolls; for a second I thought I’d blown the whole quest. Then the progress popped: 1 of 3.
I’ve chased hidden-mission checks across hundreds of matches, and I’ll tell you the clean path to finish this one fast. You don’t need to camp the whole match—just hit the right spots, three separate times, and move on. Follow my route and you’ll turn dumpster hunting from tedious to routine.
Dumpster locations in Fortnite Chapter 7, season 1
I counted bins tucked behind loading doors, squeezed into alleys, and stacked beside delivery bays. Dumpsters cluster near major POIs; if you land on their edges you’ll usually spot at least one within sight.
Dumpsters act as simple hiding spots: hop in, register the interaction, and exit. They’re forgiving—if a player breaks the container you’ll be revealed, but for quest credit a quick entry is all you need. Dumpsters feel like a pocket-sized bunker, small and immediate when you need to check a box.

- Battlewood Boulevard — the most efficient drop. Around this POI you’ll find about 14 Dumpsters, more than anywhere else on the island.
- Ripped Tides — several Dumpsters (roughly five) clustered near the shoreline structures.
- Painted Palms — another decent cluster with about five Dumpsters.
- Sandy Strip — four Dumpsters scattered near buildings and parking areas.
Smaller options (one to two Dumpsters each) include Wonkeeland, Artsy RVs (east of Classified Canyon), Classified Canyon, Fun Factory (north of Sus Studios), Fore Fields, Toybox Docks (north of Tiptop Terrace), Sus Studios, the gas station east of Wonkeeland, and Bumpy Bay. If you miss a Dumpster at your primary POI, swing by one of these to finish the match credit.
Where can I find Dumpsters in Chapter 7 Season 1?
Hit Battlewood Boulevard first—it’s the highest density area. If you prefer a quieter start, land at a smaller landmark like Toybox Docks or the gas station east of Wonkeeland and you can usually claim an interaction without a firefight.

Flusher locations in Fortnite Chapter 7, season 1
I walked the waterslide at Wonkeeland and counted portable toilets tucked behind stairs and at slide exits. Flushers appear at major POIs and at several Landmark locations, sometimes in obvious spots, sometimes hidden in plain sight.
Flushers can be simple hiding spots or active teleporters that send you to a linked unit elsewhere. Most Flushers this season are the teleporter type; if you step in and a cutscene moves you, that’s a connected pair. If nothing happens, it still counts as a hide. Flushers behave like subway tunnels linking distant stations—fast, confusing, and excellent for ticking mission credit without loitering.
- Wonkeeland — best bet for Flushers: around the giant waterslide you’ll find four Flushers (two near the stairs, two by the top).
- Classified Canyon — two Flushers on either side of the triangular building in the center.
- Tunnels west of Sandy Strip and east of Lethal Labs — a few Flushers in and around the tunnel entrances.
- Collider Corridor Beta (north of Classified Canyon) — one Flusher.
- Gas station east of Clawsy Lodge (south of Latte Landing, west of Painted Palms) — one Flusher.
- Toyboy Docks (north of Tiptop Terrace) — one Flusher at the Landmark.
Are Flushers teleporters or hiding spots?
Both. You’ll encounter teleporting Flushers that move you between linked units and static ones that function purely as containers. Either type gives quest credit when you enter.

Enter Dumpsters or Flushers in different matches in Fortnite
I logged three separate matches where I only needed two minutes each to register interactions. Short, focused attempts beat sprawling, anxious hunts.
Your objective is simple: enter Dumpsters or Flushers across three different matches. They don’t need to be consecutive; you can chip away at the requirement across many rounds. Enter once per match and the mission records progress.
Strategy I recommend: pick two high-density POIs (Battlewood Boulevard for Dumpsters; Wonkeeland for Flushers), then rotate. Drop tight to the POI edge, grab the nearest container, and move on. If a Flusher teleports you, accept the ride — it still counts. If an opponent shows up, sprint out and loot; you’ve already got the check.
Platform note: Epic Games’ Fortnite behaves the same across PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Nintendo Switch—so these routes work whether you’re on Epic Games Store or console. If you’re chasing XP or Battle Pass rewards, combine this mission with small side objectives (touch a Zero Point Shard, search for Human Bill) to stack progress during the same session.

How many matches do I need to complete the task?
Exactly three different matches. One valid interaction per match is enough. You can chain them in back-to-back games or spread them across sessions—your choice.
Want to avoid combat? Land at a Landmark with a single container (Toybox Docks, small gas stations) and leave immediately after registering the entry. If you prefer risk, drop into Battlewood and sweep several Dumpsters while you’re there; but remember: only one entry per match counts toward the three-match requirement.
If you finish this quickly, there are other short missions worth pairing—touch a Zero Point Shard, find Human Bill, or ask The Order about her cell—to keep XP flowing without extra travel. These secondary tasks pair especially well when you’re on PC or console and can shuttle between POIs fast.
Ready to make Dumpster runs boringly efficient, or would you rather argue that teleporting Flushers are the better method?
