There are four NPCs that count as witnesses for the Zero Point Shards mission. You only need to interrogate three, which gives you breathing room if one’s been hired or camped by another player.

- Vengeance Jones — also at Classified Canyon, in a different building south of the main one. He sits near The Visitor and The Order.

What if a witness is hired by another player?
If an NPC has been hired, they won’t accept conversation from you. Your fallback is Peely at Latte Landing or the second Classified Canyon NPC. If you want to reduce risk, land earlier than other squads or ping the NPC immediately — faster interaction locks in your progress.
