Where are the inert samples in Dire Marsh?
Start at the West Gate POI. The contract text calls the area simply “Marsh,” but the in-game tag you need is West Gate—this is the landmark that matters. I mark the three trucks below so you don’t circle the wrong compound.
The first truck sits next to the West Gate building (marked 1). From that spot, you’ll see the Intersection truck by a barrier and the final truck at the Greenhouse entrance—both are literally a few steps ahead if you move from point 1. All three trucks are open; walk inside each to collect the Contagion Samples labeled as inert.
How do you collect the Organic Data Matrix in Greenhouse?
At the Greenhouse POI you’ll find a small annex attached to the main structure—go inside. The Data Matrix sits inside a curtained room on a side table; pick it up and move toward any DCON
Where do you drop everything at a DCON?
There’s a DCON right near the Greenhouse, and two more dotted around Dire Marsh. I recommend the nearest one unless you’re rerouting for a bounty or another contract. Interact, place your Contagion Samples and the Organic Data Matrix into the DCON inventory, wait a few seconds, and the NuCaloric contract will complete.
If you hit traffic—AI spawns or enemy fire—reposition to cover and clear the route. The longer you hang with samples in inventory, the higher the risk of a failed run; treat the haul like a cracked vial and move fast. Bungie’s spawn patterns are consistent here, and Moyens I/O’s screenshots match what you’ll see on a standard PC or console client.
