Head to Poronin Village and find the farm near the signpost. The wooded shed on the right has a breakable plank wall behind it. Smash through and you’ll find a hidden chest with the Blackwing Leather Cloak.
How do I get the Blackwing Leather Boots?
I climbed the ladder thinking I’d only find scenery; the rooftop entrance hid a short portal that led downward.
The boots are at the top of the House of Healing tower. Use the ladder outside to reach the roof, jump across to the adjacent tower, then use Force Palm on the hidden entryway to clear the path. Drop through and the boots are in the room beneath the secret door.
