For the Fertilizer, your best bet is to climb to the Grandioso Apartments. There, you’ll find several planters from which you can collect the Fertilizer. The Water Pump can be found at a marked location in Piazza Roma.
Once you reach the roof, you’ll encounter plenty of planters. The Water Pump is situated right in the center. Simply interact with it to add the item to your inventory and complete this segment of the quest. But there’s still more to achieve.
Finding Water Filters
Looking for Water Filters? Be prepared, as they could be the trickiest among the three items to find, depending on your luck. Focus your efforts in the Industrial zones on the Dam Battlegrounds map, examining every container. If fortune smiles on you, you’ll likely secure the Water Filter.
Interestingly, Water Pumps can also be located using the same approach. Personally, I was fortunate in my search while friends of mine faced more challenges in locating the Filters.

If you’re trying to score Lemons, you can find them in the Dam Battlegrounds’ Swamp Outpost area. However, your best shot might be at the Spaceport. The Olive Garden in the southern section of the map is the prime spot, which also happens to be great if you’re seeking Olives to enhance Scrappy.
