Once you arrive at the Rover’s location, snap a picture for your quest. After entering, walk straight, and you should spot a window on your right. You can use the lift or jump down into the middle of the Sandbox where the Rover awaits.
Paper Location
Next, you’ll need to find the security papers located in the Lobby area. Look for a breachable door behind the Security desk on the right of the scanner. It’s in the corner of the room, so breach it, and take a few steps straight ahead. On your right, you’ll discover a U-shaped table where the security papers are waiting.

Magnetron and Flow Controller Locations
The Magnetron and Flow Controllers are new Exodus materials in ARC Raiders and their locations are somewhat random. Your best strategy is to scour as many containers as you can across the Stella Montis map.
Personally, I found the Magnetron in a container at the Security Checkpoint room, while the Flow Controller came from the Cafeteria region. Keep your eyes peeled and search thoroughly to collect these essential items.
