To reach the Power Station, begin at the rear of the mall where the Goshan Garage is located. Head straight ahead; the mall will be on your left while the Power Station lies directly in front of you. Note that the car exit of the mall remains on your left side. Continue forward to reach your destination.
Once you arrive at the Power Station, enter through the gate and take a left. The previous exfil location existed here, but it has only undergone slight relocation. Proceed straight ahead and then turn right.
You will encounter a security kiosk and several vehicles. The SUV needed for extraction is located just beyond those vehicles, as depicted in the screenshot above. Approach the SUV, and proceed with your exfiltration. Its functionality remains largely unchanged despite the positional adjustments.
