Congratulations on receiving the third Crystal Key from Tigger! You’re now ready to dive into the next challenge in Disney Dreamlight Valley. The Crystal Cavern: Pixie Acres awaits, and it brings an exciting new series of puzzles to solve.
Exploring the Crystal Caverns can be quite the adventure. Its maze-like structure makes it easy to get lost, especially while juggling various puzzles. To ensure you complete this mission with ease, here’s a detailed guide on how to conquer the Crystal Cavern: Pixie Acres.
1. Hand Over the Crystal Key to Tinker Bell
Your first task is to return to the Wishblossom Heart and present the third Crystal Key to Tinker Bell. If it’s been a while since you visited, find the stone archway between the bridge leading into Wishblossom Ranch and the one going into Wishing Way.
Once inside, talk to Tinker Bell and follow her around to the back of the large Wishblossom. Speak with her again to unlock the final Crystal Cavern. Then, summon Khan to break down the barrier and proceed further.
2. Unlock the Door
After entering the cavern, you’ll face your first puzzle with a door that’s blocked. Turn immediately right and head toward the barrier. Use Khan to break the barrier, then switch to your custom horse.
Navigate to the back of the massive stone structure and push it onto the pressure plate. Stand on the other pressure plate near the entrance to unlock the door, letting you venture deeper into the cave.
3. Clear the Decay Crystals to Revive the Wishblossom
Next, you need to tackle the pesky Decay crystals. There are three in total to find and destroy:
- In the green area, use Khan to break down barricades to access an elevator.
- In the blue area, switch to Maximus to locate the elevator’s lever.
- In the pink area, utilize your custom horse to push a block onto the pressure plate.
4. Break Barriers in the Green Area with Khan
From your spot talking to the Wishblossom, make an immediate right into the green area. Equip Khan, break through the first barricade, jump over obstacles, and break the second barricade to reach the main room. Turn right, break another barricade, and follow the path to find a lever to flip.
This action raises the elevator, allowing you to cross over to find the first red crystal to break.
5. Activate the Elevator Lever in the Blue Area with Maximus
Next, switch to Maximus and explore the blue area behind the large Wishblossom. Jump over the first gap, then interact with the red puff of smoke near the elevator to activate the trail. Follow it to find the missing lever.
Return to the elevator, place the lever, and flip it to move the elevator. Proceed forward to destroy the second red crystal.
6. Use Your Custom Horse in the Pink Area
Now, shift to the pink area located on the left side of the Wishblossom. Equip one of your custom horses. Once you’re in, head to the right and navigate around the cave until you reach the massive stone.
Push the stone until it lands on the pressure plate, then stand on the adjacent pressure plate to unlock the door, revealing the third and final red crystal.
7. Speak with the Wishblossom in the Third Crystal Cavern
With the third Decay crystal destroyed, make your way back to the enormous Dream Wishblossom. A short cutscene will reveal Pegasus from Hercules appearing beside the Wishblossom.
You’ve now secured your last Disney horse. Mount Pegasus and fly out of the cave using the wind tunnel. Don’t forget to talk to Snow White back at the Wishblossom Heart about your achievements and the next steps.
8. Break Additional Decay Crystals Surrounding the Wishblossom Mountains
As a slight twist, note that Decay levels have risen during your quest. You’ll need to locate and destroy an additional 18 crystals in Wishings Alps, 18 in Glamour Gulch, and 18 in Pixie Acres. Expect to find between three and six crystals in each biome.
