Candleberries have just burst onto the scene in ARC Raiders, thanks to the Cold Snap update. If you’re diving into this new content, you’ll want to gather as many of these treasures as you can.
The Candleberry is essential for the Flickering Flames quest associated with the Cold Snap update. You’ll need Candleberries for the festive Candleberry Banquet. While you can earn Candleberries through the Flickering Flames event, there’s a trick for farming more efficiently.
Where Can You Find Candleberries in ARC Raiders?
To snag some Candleberries, head over to a map featuring the Cold Snap event. As of now, the event is live on the Dam Battlegrounds map, which makes it your best hunting ground.
If you’re on the Dam Battlegrounds map, make your way to the western part, specifically near the South Swamp Outpost. Look for the lush vegetation area, where you’ll spot Candleberries flourishing on the shrubs. Personally, I’ve found them to be pretty abundant and they’re just waiting to be harvested like other fruit, such as Lemons and Olives.
It’s still a bit of a mystery whether Candleberries only sprout in maps sporting the Cold Snap modifiers. The good news is that you’ll definitely find them in nature-marked areas on any map while the modifier is active. If you’re looking for a more straightforward approach, you can also collect Candleberries from the Flickering Flames rewards track.
For every 100 experience points you rack up from raids, you’ll gain Merits. Collecting these Merits allows you to reach different milestones on the Flickering Flames track, where you can score hefty amounts of Candleberries necessary for your quest.
