To finish the last level of the Flickering Flames project, you’ll need two Frying Pans. Handing them in will reward you with 1000 Creds, so it’s well worth the search. Your main focus should be the Residential Areas.
One of my first Frying Pans came from the Ruby Residence area, situated in the northwest of the Dam Battlegrounds map. These massive apartment buildings are packed with loot containers. I stumbled upon a Frying Pan in one of them, but luck plays a big part. Interestingly, Ruby Residence was also where I found a Music Album, another item needed for the Flickering Flames project.
I had another lucky break inside the Grandioso Apartments in Buried City. If your goal is solely to find Frying Pans, Buried City is the place to be. This map boasts the most Residential areas, which significantly increases your odds of scoring that elusive Frying Pan.
