A must-have for any sniper rifle enthusiast in Once Human is the Tactical SR Mag. This attachment will not only increase your reload speed but also boost mobility. Here’s how to grab the Tactical SR Mag for yourself.
The Tactical SR Mag Location in Once Human
Like many of the best attachments in the game, the Tactical SR Mag can only be obtained by finding and solving a specific riddle chest. This riddle chest is located north of the Blackheart’s Bay Teleportation Tower, at the precise coordinates of 5834, 1293. Before you go, be sure to bring an explosive, like a grenade or C4.
Like many riddle crates, the Tactical SR Mag crate is located near a road, but just far enough out of sight that you won’t see it if you’re driving by. Look out for the telltale blue billboard and stop your car, then go behind it.
Eventually, you’ll see a pyramid-like rock among the weeds. From the front, it looks a little odd but not particularly special. But if you go behind it, you’ll see it’s full of cracks and glowing purple. Use your grenade or C4 to blow the rock up, revealing the riddle crate within.
On top of the Tactical SR Mag, you’ll get the following rewards:

How To Equip the Tactical SR Mag
Once you have the Tactical SR Mag in your inventory, you’ll find that it only equips to three types of guns: SN700, AWS.338, and HAMR, the three sniper types currently in the game. If you don’t have a sniper rifle yet, or want a better one, you can always opt to buy a blueprint of one from the Wish Machine for 8,000 Starchrom.
With a sniper rifle in hand, press ‘k’ to go to your equipment. Then, select either the primary or secondary weapon slot. Equip your sniper rifle if it isn’t already, then right click on it. This will bring you into the weapon’s submenu. From here, select ‘Accessory’ at the top.
You’ll then be able to find the Tactical SR Mag in the Magazine section. Equipping the Tactical SR Mag will increase your sniper rifle’s mobility and reload, shoring up some of the biggest weaknesses of the gun type.
