The free KJ update will most likely be released on September 8, 2024, after the Roblox Developers Conference (RDC) event in San Jose. However, it’s worth noting that it’s purely based on speculation as the official date hasn’t been confirmed yet.
But there’s a strong reason behind this release window. During the 2024 Roblox Innovation Awards voting, The Strongest Battlegrounds developers announced that they’re soon going to release a special update to celebrate their massive win in the two categories—Best Fighting Experience and Best Strategy Experience.
However, the developers explained that they were unable to release the update due to certain restrictions that could potentially influence the voters of the People’s Choice category, as the winners were to be announced during the Roblox Developers Conference (RDC) event. But, worry not, as the event is just a days away from the date of writing this article.
As a result, The Strongest Battlegrounds community thinks the free KJ update will be released after the conclusion of the RDC event. But there’s no need to worry, as the event is only a few days away from the time of writing this article.
However, as mentioned earlier, KJ is currently an Admin character but you can obtain it by being one of the top donors (either All Time or Monthly). But, since it’s a paid method, you won’t see many Strongest Battlegrounds players using the KJ moveset in the game.
