#1 Skillet location

Skillet can be slightly tricky to find, as he is in the mines right above crime city. To get inside, head to the toilet icon on the map and you’ll see the entrance. He’ll sell you:

Cassidy Quinn is waiting for you in a small building next to Lonewolf Lair. Her services include:

Big Dill is partying it up on a rooftop in Crime City. Head over there to get:

#4 Fishstick location

Fishstick is chilling and eating popcorn at the Brutal Boxcar where you can go and talk to him. He is also next to the railroad and if you wait long enough, the Armored Train can appear, carrying some precious Dill Bits with it.

Jade is located in the beautiful flower fields. The services she provides are:
