Schedule I has taken the Steam community by storm becoming one of the most-played games on the platform right now. To grow your substance production and dealing empire from scratch, you must make yourself familiar with all the important locations around the map, all of which I’ve discussed below.
All major map locations in Schedule I
Hyland Point, the town featured in Schedule I, is divided into six regions: Westville, Northtown, Uptown, Downtown, Suburbia, and Docks. Subsequently, each region has some useful businesses, establishments, and clients. Certainly, expect more POIs and regions to be added to the map in future updates.
All Shop Locations in Schedule I
In the list of shops, you’ll find different establishments that offer services like a tattoo parlor, clothing store, and car dealership. More importantly, these include sellers from whom you can purchase essential items for substance production, such as the two hardware stores and a black market. Refer to the map and the list below for all locations:
- Dan’s Hardware: This Northtown shop offers all the necessary equipment for production. However, access to some items can only be obtained by leveling up your character.
- Shred Shack: Offers various skateboards to traverse the Schedule I map.
- Gas Mart Westville: Gas Mart hosts all kinds of supplies like Cuke, Iodine, Donut, Motor Oil, and much more. Particularly, these items can be used to create different recipes to craft products that sell high.
- Top Tattoo: Thereafter, get yourself a tattoo at this shop in Westville.
- Black Market: Located behind P*ss Hut, here you can purchase all the high-level equipment and raw materials required for top-notch substance production. Here you can also hire employees and buy weapons. However, visit during night hours and bring cash only. Knock on the metal door and the guard will unlock the door only if you’re rank Hoodlum V or higher.
- Barbershop: Visit the barber to change your hairstyle.
- Thrifty Threads: In addition, accessorize yourself with some fresh clothes after a fresh cut.
- Hyland Auto: You can purchase cars from this dealership. However, I prefer skateboards as they have more maneuverability and ease of access.
- Gas Mart Downtown & Auto Shop: Another gas station with the same set of items for sale. Next to it is an Auto Shop where you can modify your car and get a paint job.
- Ray’s Real Estate: Indeed an important seller from whom you can purchase various properties and businesses across Hyland Point to expand your empire.
- Handy Hanks Hardware: In addition to Dan’s Hardware, this shop also offers useful equipment.
- Casino: You can gamble your hard-earned money at the Casino in a bid to win more or lose all. While most establishments operate from 6 am to 6 pm, the Black Market and Casino are open from 6 pm to 6 am.
Subsequently, you can identify all of the shops listed above in the following slideshow (in order):
All Property and Business Locations in Schedule I

As mentioned previously, purchasing properties and businesses is important to grow in Schedule I, and Ray’s Real Estate provides you with this service. While properties can be acquired to establish your production units, businesses earn you extra cash while allowing you to launder cash.

- Bungalow ($6,000): Undoubtedly the best early-game investment in your push to expand your business and increase production.
- Barn ($25,000): A bigger space that you’ll eventually need to purchase to dilate further.
- Docks Warehouse ($50,000): The most expensive property in Schedule I that will earn Ray’s Realty a hefty commission and give you even more space for production/storage.
- Businesses
- Tacko Ticklers ($50,000): Indeed the biggest business in town that allows you to launder $8,000 cash every day.
