How to Finish the Goblin Diplomacy Quest in RuneScape: Dragonwilds

Your inaugural task from Zanik centers around a hidden ruin and guild. Without a quest marker, locating it can be tricky, so let’s delve into the vital locations within Goblin Diplomacy.

From Zanik’s location, head northeast towards the Whispering Swamp. You’ll encounter the ruins, where you’ll face off against a handful of goblins. These enemies are relatively easy, featuring Level 1 combat stats, making them manageable foes.

Once you’ve defeated the goblins, delve into the ruins and locate the Reliquary chest hidden in a dimly lit corner room. Additionally, you can open a second chest for a selection of basic randomized loot.

One half of the Bandosian Amulet can be acquired from the Reliquary chest, while the other piece resides within the guild. Note that some players have successfully completed the quest with only one of the amulet pieces in their possession, making the full collection optional.

For the guild’s Bandosian Amulet, head south of Zanik toward an enemy base situated near water. Before proceeding, ensure you have either reached Level 20 in Woodcutting or equipped a more powerful axe.

As anticipated, you’ll encounter more goblins at the guild, requiring you to defeat them to navigate freely within the area. Using a bow is advisable, as many goblins are stationed in elevated positions. Approach the Thorny Vine and use the Chop Thorny Vine ability or a Bronze Axe to clear your path. This will lead you to another Reliquary chest, activating the next phase of the Goblin Diplomacy quest.

According to the quest prompts, the last remaining piece is hidden within the Whispering Swamp, located just north of Zanik’s position.

Look for a large cave entrance tucked away in the cliffs of the Whispering Swamp. Due to the cave’s low lighting, consider bringing a torch. It’s also advisable to carry healing items, including the Anti-Poison Potion, for the dangerous Bloodblight Swamp area later.

Advance into the cave toward a structure with moon phases etched on it. To claim the amulet, you must defeat the Garou Druid. Watch out for its poisonous attack, and utilize your potion to mitigate the damage. Keep moving to avoid its strikes as they can rapidly reduce your health. Utilizing spells such as Enchant Weapon or Tempest Shield will provide an added advantage in this confrontation.
