Hoyoverse wouldn’t hype up such an engaging character only to leave them behind, right?

Yet, it has been accomplished before. For instance, Neuvillette, known as the reincarnated Hydro Dragon Sovereign, exemplifies this concept beautifully. He exists as a human while retaining his dragon essence. This makes it entirely plausible for Mini Durin’s humanoid form to join the ranks as a playable character.
