1. Get a Dried Ghast Block
To spawn a happy ghast, you’ll first need a dried ghast block, found only in the soul sand valleys of the Nether, with a 33.3% chance of appearing near fossils. You can also craft or barter with Piglins for this essential block.
2. Waterlog the Dried Ghast
Once you have the dried ghast block, it’s time to waterlog it. Place the block on the ground and use a water bucket. Simply right-click on the block to soak it. This step is crucial for the next phase.
