The Gnomed mutation can currently be obtained solely through the Gnome pet. Initially, gnomes were featured only as cosmetic decorations, but with the latest Beanstalk expansion, you can now buy the Gnome pet from the Friendship shop, which is accessible via the giant NPC on the cloud platform.
