“Detective Conan” is a detective manga series created by Gosho Aoyama, serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday since 1994. The story follows high school detective Shinichi Kudo, who was transformed into a child by a mysterious organization in black. Under the alias Conan Edogawa, he takes on challenging cases.
In the latest theatrical release “Detective Conan: Black Iron Submarine”, which premieres on April 14th, the plot is set at Interpol’s ocean facility ‘Pacific Buoy’. It features a full-scale confrontation between the police, FBI, and the Black Organization, with a dark shadow looming over Ai Haibara.

Gin (VA: Yukitoshi Hori)
The one responsible for making Conan (Shinichi Kudo) drink the experimental drug. He is a high-ranking member of the Black Organization who has direct contact with the boss. Cold and ruthless, Gin has sharp observational and deductive skills, and he mercilessly eliminates anyone who poses a threat to the organization. His car is a Porsche 356A.
Vodka (VA: Fumihiko Tachiki)
A field agent of the Black Organization, primarily handling undercover operations. As Gin’s subordinate, he frequently works alongside him. Vodka is deeply aware of the organization’s terrifying nature, and his loyalty is unshakable. When necessary, he exhibits extreme ruthlessness.
Vermouth (VA: Mami Koyama)
A close subordinate of the Black Organization’s boss, favored by him. She is a master of disguise and has assumed many identities to search for Shiho Miyano (Sherry). Although she knows Conan and Haibara’s true identities, for some reason, she keeps this secret from the organization.
Bourbon/Toru Amuro (VA: Toru Furuya)
Although he works as a part-time café employee below Kogoro Mori’s detective agency and acts as Mori’s apprentice, he hides a triple-faced identity. In the Black Organization, he is known as Bourbon, specializing in intelligence gathering, but his true identity is Rei Furuya, an agent of the Japanese Public Security Bureau, code-named “Zero.”
Kir/Rena Mizunashi (VA: Kotono Mitsuishi)
A popular newscaster at Nichiuri TV, she conceals her true identity as a CIA agent infiltrating the Black Organization.
Chianti (VA: Kikuko Inoue)
One of the organization’s top snipers. She is combative and short-tempered. Chianti does not get along with Vermouth.
Korn (VA: Hiroyuki Kinoshita)
Like Chianti, he is also a sniper for the organization. Korn is quiet and calm, showing a cold, methodical side when committing murder. He shares Chianti’s dislike for Vermouth.
Rum
The second-in-command of the Black Organization, known for being the closest aide to the boss. He is known for his love of cigars.
Pinga
Rum’s right-hand man. Ambitious and willing to do whatever it takes to rise to power, he harbors a rivalry with Gin.

The developer of the drug (APTX4869) that was given to Shinichi. After her sister was killed, she betrayed the organization. To escape, she took the drug herself and became a child. Currently, she is hiding with Dr. Agasa and attends Teitan Elementary School with Conan while researching an antidote. She is the only one who shares the same fate as Conan.
Rye/ Shuichi Akai (VA: Shuichi Ikeda)
Currently an FBI agent and a sharpshooter. He is known for his black knit hat and cigarette. Left-handed, Akai infiltrated the Black Organization under the codename “Rye.” After faking his death during the “Karahadake Incident,” he now operates under the alias “Subaru Okiya.”
