In the first episode of the JTBC weekend drama “A Virtuous Business”, which aired on October 12, Ra Mi-ran made a surprise appearance as the president of a lingerie company.
Han Jeong-sook (played by Kim So-yeon) needed to find a job after her husband lost his. While job hunting, she found an advertisement for a lingerie company in a discarded newspaper and decided to visit the following day.
During a job briefing, the company president (played by Ra Mi-ran) stated, “It’s not just underwear; it’s lingerie meant to be shown.” She emphasized that women have the right to a passionate sex life, challenging the misconception that they aren’t interested in it.
As attendees began leaving in embarrassment, the president expressed her confidence and shared materials from her business journey. She revealed that she initially sold items from U.S. military PX stores, where she first encountered lingerie and adult products. Encouraged by military personnel to pursue this path, she launched “Fantasy Lingerie”.
She assured Han Jeong-sook, who was hesitant, that she had 70 stores in Seoul and owned the luxury vehicle parked outside. Ultimately, Han Jeong-sook was persuaded by the president’s confidence and decided to sell lingerie and adult products.
